Who we are
P 23 is a collective of individuals dedicated to fostering a healthier community through proactive measures. We passionately believe in the power of collaboration and shared knowledge. By working together towards a common objective, we can learn from one another and provide mutual support. As a united community, we have the potential to forge a new path forward, embracing a more effective approach to health and wellness. To ensure a more complete approach to wellness, we focus on addressing as many aspects of well-being as possible while staying within our scope of practice. P23 is a collaborative entity comprised of individual units that synergistically work together to achieve shared goals. Each unit retains its unique mission, yet their full potential is best realized through collaboration, resulting in homeostasis for the individual client and by extension, the community as a whole. P23 encompasses 4 unique business models designed to co-exist within the same space and serve the same clients to meet the individual needs. The separate business models are:

· Rod and Staff- for strength and training and
· Right Paths- an educational program for getting families and children started on a lifetime journey of health and wellness
Licensing and or certifications are held in fields where required by law and continuing education in all areas is a priority for every member of the P23 team. However, our most valuable learning comes from the clients we serve.
